Ifremer builds global scale sea ice drift maps in winter from the optimal combination of QuikSCAT scatterometer and SSM/I radiometer data  (systematic processing) at 62 km resolution at 3, 6 and 30 day lags. In addition, ASCAT/MetOp drift maps will be soon available at the same resolution. There is also an AMSR-E drift product at 31 km resolution
